How do I get details on the portfolios for sale?

Simply Register with us and we will call you to discuss your requirements in more detail. Or call us now on 0845 095 6900. You will receive regular updates of new portfolios by email.

How do I know discounts are genuine?

Where possible we obtain current valuations of all opportunities. However, you or your advisers are required to carry out full due diligence and satisfy yourself that the investment suits your needs.

I want to sell my portfolio - what do I need to do?

Call us on 0845 095 6900 or Register Your Details. We will require full details of the portfolio including recent valuations and income details. We will sign confidentiality agreements and should we decide to work together we will prepare a sales memorandum to promote to our high-net-worth investors.

How do I purchase a property portfolio?

The regular email alerts you receive from us will contain summary information of the portfolios on offer. As many are being sold confidentially, you will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and proof of funds before full details are provided. Should you wish to proceed we will require a letter of intent, and in some cases a deposit to reserve the portfolio. Completion is usually required within 28 days.

Do my details remain confidential?

Your details are confidential at all times. Our standard business practice is to obtain confidentiality agreements from buyers and sellers and their agents, if applicable.

What funding is available?

As time is usually of the essence, most clients purchase by cash. Portfolios could then be financed post-completion. FastTrack can introduce you to specialist finance brokers experienced in obtaining funding and/or bridging loans at competitive rates.

What fees do you charge?

Typically we would charge a fee to the Vendor of 2% of the purchase price. In some cases, for example in the case of trophy assets, or if we are sourcing property to order, we may charge the purchaser a finders fee instead. All fees are shown in full with summary property details.
