Where possible we obtain current valuations or comparables. However, you or your advisers are required to carry out full due diligence and satisfy yourself that the investment suits your needs.

I want to sell my portfolio - what do I need to do?

Call us on 0845 095 6900 or Register Your Details. We require full details of the portfolio including any recent valuations and income details. You should be willing to offer a discount off today's value in exchange for a quick completion.

How do I purchase a property portfolio?

Register with us first.

As many properties are being sold confidentially, you will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement before full details are provided. Should you wish to proceed we will require an offer letter and proof of funds, and in some cases a deposit to reserve the portfolio. Completion is usually required within 28 days.

Do my details remain confidential?

Your details are confidential at all times. Our standard business practice is to obtain confidentiality agreements from buyers and sellers.

What funding is available?

Yes. We have specialist funders who can offer up to 80% loan to purchase price with competitive interest rates.

What fees do you charge?
